The estimated initial investment to establish a USA Insulation business ranges from approximately $265,500 to $410,000. This includes the initial franchise fee of $55,000 for a standard territory of up to 150K homes built before 1990 or an initial franchise fee of $45,000 for a small market territory of up to 100K homes built before 1990.

The continuing services, or "royalty fee," is 5% of your monthly gross sales. This fee entitles you to a protected territory, the use of the USA Insulation trademark, use of our distinctive and patented system, training program, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and coaching, and other benefits that come with being a USA Insulation franchise owner.

Yes, USA Insulation grants you a protected territory. You may have the option (if available) to purchase additional territory.

You will participate in an initial training. The initial program will focus on all aspects of the USA Insulation franchise system and is comprised of classroom and site training both at our Franchise Support Center and at your location.

The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is ten years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for 2 additional terms of ten years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
